Online purchases made through are valid for exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days from the ship date. If you are not completely satisfied with purchase for any reason, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition.


Shipping Information

Inventory shortages or other fulfillment issues may cause delays. Your order is shipped using a carrier that has selected. We do not cover the shipping fee. Once you have completed your purchase on our online store, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date. Every effort is made to facilitate delivery of your order on time, and by the estimated delivery date. After your order is process and fulfilled, we will send you an email containing the order tracking number. Once your order is fulfilled and placed in the hands of our selected shipping carrier, we cannot guarantee any delivery date indicated by the carrier.


Return Policy

Please note that single-use products are only eligible for return if they are new or unused.

Only the items specified in the original return requested and confirmed by will be refunded.

Only the retail value plus tax paid by the customer will be refunded at the time of return. Any discounts applied to the order will be automatically factored into the amount refunded.
